Recording

The Recording Department is responsible for the recordation of all Notarial Acts. This is the point at which the document becomes a public record. All recorded documents are given an identification number referred to as an ORIGINAL AND BUNDLE number as well as a dated and timed recordation stamp. Another type of document recorded and given an identification number is the UCC FINANCING STATEMENT. This document is given a number that is separate from the Original and Bundle.

Certified copies of documents are available upon request. All fees are due upon recordation.
